Vyacheslav Lashevsky proposed to strengthen information work on issues of interethnic relations

Member of the Public Chamber of Russian Federation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Communication Group AGT Vyacheslav Lashevsky considers it is necessary to strengthen information work on issues of interethnic relations. With this proposal, V. Lashchevsky spoke at the All-Russian Conference "Actual Issues of Implementation of the Strategy of the State National Policy of Russian Federation for the period until 2025".

According to the deputy chairman of the OP Commission for the Development of the Information Society, Mass Media and Mass Communications, "along with the existence of the Strategy for State National Policy, a communication strategy must exist."

"I would like the information support of events in the field of national policy to be at the same level as that of the Great Ethnographic Dictation, which over three years managed to win a mass audience," V.Lashchevsky noted.

In his estimation, at present the information work has a non-systemic, spontaneous character. Communication strategy will build the right event series, identify priority target audiences and the most effective communication channels. Vyacheslav Lashchevsky singled out the importance of activating communication work in social networks.

"A single calendar of events is also needed. In order to systematically formulate an information policy, it is advisable to consolidate the activities that are carried out in the field of national policy at the federal and regional levels, "said the deputy chairman of the OP Commission for the Development of the Information Society, the Media and Mass Communications.

According to Vyacheslav Lashchevsky, intensifying information work is a difficult task, but without this task it is impossible to achieve effective implementation of the State National Policy Strategy.
