AGT-Sibir’s CEO Egor Egoshin about press-service daily routine AGT-Sibir’s CEO Egor Egoshin took part in the scientific and practical conference “Mass Media Role in Transitive Society”, which was organized by the journalism department of the Philology, Mass Communications and Psychology Institute of the Novosibirsk State Pedagogic University.

Delivering a lecture titled “Modalities of Effective Interaction of Journalists and Press-Service Officials,” Mr. Egoshin, which is also a senior instructor on the journalism department of the aforementioned institute, focused on the two confronting points of view on the cooperation between journalists and PR specialists. “Some experts believe that journalists should in no way contact PR professionals, for it is the shortest way to a professional degradation. However, there is a totally different perspective, from which the press-service seems to be the only channel to receive valuable company information. Fortunately, real life is not confined to either of these points of view,” he said. Concluding the brief, Mr. Egoshin offered several practical advice to the attending students, on how to make their contacts with press-services of companies and government organizations most effective and mutually beneficial.
