AGT Agency organized 7th communications workshop for Gazprom PR services heads

April 24, Moscow – Yekaterinburg. AGT Agency conducted a workshop “Natural-gas-based motor fuel: communications models to work with target audiences”, ordered by the Gazprom Information Policy Department. The event has become the seventh in a series of similar events covering various aspects of communications activities of the Gazprom Group companies.

Using natural gas as alternative to traditional types of hydrocarbon fuel is one of the perspective upcoming trends of the Russian fuel and energy complex, able to give a fresh impetus to the development of various sectors: public transport, housing and public utilities, automobile and railway transportation, sea links. At the same time, despite available successful practices and modern technologies, today, in terms of compressed natural gas consumption, Russia ranks 14th, being significantly behind the smaller players of the global hydrocarbon market. During the workshop, participants were able to get maximum amount relevant theoretical information, and practice communication approaches for its promotion.

Business agenda of the 5-day workshop consisted of scores of reports on various topics, round tables with Russian and foreign experts, large-scale business game, as well as visits to automobile gas-filling compressor stations and facilities dealing with re-equipment of vehicles to use natural-gas-based motor fuel.

Organization and media support of education projects is one of the major areas of the AGT Communications Agency activity, where complex workshops for big government and corporate clients are of a special attention.
