On October 31, Novosibirsk Marriott Hotel congress center hosted the third conference for experts in the field of communications, called "Pear". The conference has been conducted since 2013, being organized by the AGT-Siberia Communications Agency and the federal advisory service Flamp. During the four stages, 25 speakers shared their case studies to promote the business in crisis environment.

The conference was opened by Vladilen Sitnikov from the Hungry Boys agency.
