A think tank of the analytical agency Smyslographia developed communication ratings to evaluate media reviews of Russian regions. The rating allows evaluating data about a region in the federal center against certain social issue. Silver Archer South 2010: Top PR-Projects Named

February 4, 2011 saw a ceremony of awarding the winners in the 1st regional PR project contest Silver Archer South. The Best PR Project award in the “Business” nomination went to Rostselmash, while Agrocom Group’s student ads festival FARSH was named the winner in “Society” nomination.
